Victoria Landing Assisted Living and Memory Care, Melbourne

As I sat here tonight to write another review, it reminded me of one I meant to write for sometime. I think it’s important in our lives when we meet special people that we also go out of our way to make them know how special they are. Victoria Landing is truly blessed to have Maria as their concierge. As a guest, I was deeply moved by her extraordinary kindness, genuine warmth, and the thoughtful, unhurried way she helped me. She made my visit feel special and truly cared for in a way I won’t forget. In today’s hurried world, meeting someone so down-to-earth and sincerely present is rare and precious. Maria is an absolute treasure.

My mother recently moved to Victoria Landing, and she loves it. What a remarkable community. It certainly was an adjustment for all of us and a bit bumpy along the way, but EVERYONE from the executive director, assistant director of nursing, reception, dining staff, to the housekeeping staff has made her and us feel welcomed, loved, and definitely cared for. Hands down, I would recommend Victoria Landing, the best in Brevard!

My mom lived at Victoria for three years. She would always say "I love the staff." She was right, the staff is amazing. They took wonderful care of her until her last day. I really appreciate the support and care they gave our entire family.

Victoria Landing is a great Assisted Living Facility for my dad and step-mom. Overall, the staff are helpful, kind, and resident focused. My specific shout-outs: Nancy Fullem, RN (Head of Nursing). Nancy is absolutely fantastic! Her care in overseeing the resident needs, interventions as indicated, and leading the nursing (and other) staff is greatly appreciated. She also has been a great resource for me in my role as daughter to aging parent(s). Denise (Front Desk Receptionist) is always friendly, kind, and helpful. She will be missed when she retires. Cheryl Birdsong (Business and Service Director) is great at her job, easy to work with, and extremely helpful with billing and invoice matters. I highly recommend Victoria Landing Assisted Living Community in Melbourne, Florida.

We brought our elderly mom to the memory care unit in the early part of this year- 2025. To sum up, as one person mentioned, and I greatly agree, the staff here are genuinely kind and caring! The director, Christy, is very attentive, compassionate and I feel genuinely listens to and quickly addresses any concern my sisters and I have. The activity director, Kelly, is such a bubbly, loving, supportive, and fun gal to all the residents. The cafeteria staff and nurse aides are very kind to my mom-- helpful, attentive, loving and quickly willing to assist in a need when asked. Though I deeply wish we could care for our mom at home, due to her needs beyond our ability, I feel she has the best care available here at Victoria Landing Memory Care! Thank you! Ginny
