I highly recommend Engel & Völkers in Pagosa Springs. Lauri was spot on with her suggestions to ensure a quick sale. She is very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We feel that Lauri and Mike went above and beyond their jobs as our realtors. They even used their own resources and contacts to help us meet our closing date when we encountered personal mishaps. The entire staff at Engel & Völkers Pagosa Springs worked as a team to sell our home. I can't say how much we appreciated them all. I highly recommend Engel & Völkers Pagosa Springs if you want to sell your home.

The Engel and Volkers group truly sets the gold standard for customer service. Their long-time experience in Pagosa Springs is immediately evident in the knowledge, confidence, and care they bring to every step of the home buying (and selling) process. They have an extreme dedication to exceeding the customer’s expectations as shown by the way they listen closely, communicate clearly, and go above and beyond to make sure nothing is overlooked. You’re treated like a priority and supported with genuine commitment. Working with this team is a seamless, reassuring experience that reflects both deep expertise and a true passion for serving their clients well. Their long-term success in the region is the outcome of their exceptional reputation and trustworthiness.

We were looking for a second home in Pagosa Springs. Our primary residence is in Kansas. We were so fortunate to have Engel and Volkers make this dream a reality. Mike Heraty and staff have exceeded every expectation. Communication, attention to detail, quickly responsive to any question or need, honesty, and a well documented record of expertise and success have made this a very enjoyable, rather than a stressful process. We are so happy in our home, thanks to the awesome team of professionals at Engel And Volkers.
